Membership & Ordering

Signing up is easy with MariCare, simply create a membership profile and create a password than just upload a photo of your government issued photo ID to our website by clicking the “Upload ID” button on the sign up page of our website.

You will also be required to enter your shipping address and other necessary information.

Yes! Dispensaries have been operating in canada using Canada Post since the mid 90’s. Although it is not currently legal law enforcement has chosen to leave this method alone.All of our orders are vacuum sealed and packaged discreetly in a mailing envelope, our company name is not listed on the package nor is anything that would suggest there is marijuana in the package. To this date there has not been one issue.

In order to place an order simply click on the product you would like and select your desired quantity. Then click “Add to cart” Once you have added everything you would like to your shopping cart click on the icon of the shopping cart in the top right corner of the page. From there click “Checkout” to complete your order.

You must be a member to place an order.

All orders must be paid for within a 24 hour period.

No, once you have checked out you can no longer add to your order. But if you have not yet paid yet you can easily just complete an entirely new order and your previous order will automatically be cancelled after 24 hours.

Payment And Fees

Yes, our minimum order is $70.00.

Currently we only accept Interac E-transfer. This is done through your online bank and is a readily available service provided by all banks.

It can take up to 60 minutes for us to receive your e-transfer. We will only begin to put your order together once your payment has been received.

Keep in mind that in order for your package to go out the same day you order it your completed order and payment MUST be received by 11AM Eastern Time Zone.(Toronto)

You will receive a tracking number once your package ships.

Orders are kept on file for 24 HOURS from the time you placed it. After that it will be cancelled and you will need to place it again.

No, we only ship within Canada

All orders are shipped through Canada Post using their Expedited Delivery Service. Orders within the Greater Toronto Area should receive their order next day. Orders farther north may take 2-3 days depending on your location.

Your order will be packaged in containers, vacuum sealed to eliminate any possibility of smell and sealed inside a plain white shipping envelope or box. Nothing about the package would suggest there is marijuana inside.

All orders under $1000.00 are guaranteed by MariCare.

Insurance is available through Canada Post for $3.00 for every $100.00’s in value

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, contact us and we will file a trace with Canada Post. If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation which can take 5 business days to complete. Once the package is located, you will receive it a few days later, if Canada Post is unable to locate your package we will replace the contents of your order
